Pilates & Reformer

Pilates is a precise method of working with the body, focused on movement control, stabilisation, and deep muscle strength. Where yoga flows through sequences, pilates works in repetitions, building strength, endurance, and body awareness over time.

It strengthens from the inside out, improves posture, and teaches you to move with greater ease, with more support for the spine.

Classes take place on mats and reformers, with equipment such as magic circles, soft balls, and resistance bands used as complements to the practice, adding support or variety where needed.

Mat pilates

Built on repeated, mindfully executed exercises, mat pilates develops stability, coordination, and body awareness. Movements are precise and closely linked to breath. We work mainly with bodyweight, with accessories such as magic circles, soft balls, and resistance bands used to complement the practice.

Calm in form. Deeply effective.

Reformer pilates

Practiced on professional reformer machines that provide controlled resistance while supporting the body through movement. We work on Balanced Body Reformers and Towers, which allow for precise, safe, and varied training.

Regular practice improves how the body moves and stabilises, builds mobility and control in everyday life, and strengthens without overloading the joints.

Groups are kept small, with a maximum of 5 people, allowing for individual attention and careful guidance. Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.
