Aerial

Practiced in a special hammock suspended from the ceiling, aerial blends yoga with movement in the air. It complements mat practice, deepens stretching, eases pressure on the joints, and builds strength and balance. At the same time, it brings a sense of lightness and space for free, exploratory movement. Classes often take you off the ground, including into inverted positions.

No prior experience with mat or aerial work is needed, though it’s worth choosing a class level that matches where you are in your practice.
