Barre & Stretching

A combination of strengthening and stretching inspired by ballet and pilates. Classes focus on mobility and flexibility, helping to lengthen the body and gradually find lightness in movement. Every movement is guided with awareness and breath, keeping the practice safe and effective.

Movement like this also supports nervous system regulation, releasing tension and building balance so that ranges of motion can expand naturally and consciously.

Barre

Classes are led by pilates teachers with a ballet background, who bring elements of ballet into a form suited to the adult body. Small, precise movements build strength, stability, and improve posture without overloading the joints.

Stretching

Carefully led classes centred on safely increasing range of motion. The body gradually softens, lengthens, and regains a sense of lightness, without forcing or crossing its limits. This category also includes classes oriented toward specific goals, such as preparing for splits or deepening backbends.
