Your first class

Beginning a new practice can be exciting and a little overwhelming at once. If this is your first time, let yourself choose what your body and nervous system need in this moment, not what feels like the right or expected choice. Begin softly, with curiosity and no expectations.

You don’t need experience, correct alignment, flexibility, or strength.

Just the readiness to begin. The rest comes with practice.

Your first class

If you’re looking for a gentle introduction to yoga or pilates, something that balances active and restorative elements, choose:

Gentle Morning Flow
Flow & Restore
Pilates Stretch
Reformer Pilates Basic

If your body is calling for rest and the pace of daily life feels high, slower practices focused on recovery and nervous system calm are a good place to start. We recommend:

Slow Vinyasa & Deep Relax
Gentle Vinyasa & Nidra
Candlelight Yin & Nidra
Yoga for the nervous system
Stress Release: meditation

If you’re used to moving your body and feel good in more demanding forms of exercise, dynamic yoga or pilates can be a next step. We recommend:
