Anna Kubicz

Yoga

Anna has a long-standing interest in Indian philosophy and spiritual traditions. She holds a degree in philosophy and Buddhist studies, and her yoga practice naturally grew from these explorations. She is a 200 RYT certified teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.

She is also a certified personal trainer, combining yoga with strength and functional training. Her approach is grounded in awareness, embodiment, and direct experience.

In her classes, she encourages exploration, building strength, and connecting with the body. She creates a space where movement supports balance and energy.
