In her classes, she aims to convey all the tools in a simple way that will bring more peace into your life and help you understand the nervous system’s workings. Her knowledge is based on numerous courses, training, and studies. She searches, explores, and experiments with new forms of movement and breath. She combines Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, facial yoga, breathwork, knowledge of the nervous system, stretching, and strengthening practices.
