Vanja Panamska is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and Hormonal Yoga instructor. Yoga has been her daily ritual for over ten years, helping her manage the stress of a busy schedule and bringing about a true transformation in the quality of her life. Through this journey, she has deeply connected her mind, body, and spirit, leading her to a better, happier life. She studied Hormonal Yoga under the creator of this method, Dina Rodriguez. For the past 8 years, she has led classes, workshops, and retreats focused on hormonal balance and women’s health, with hundreds of women participating from Bulgaria, Poland, Austria, and worldwide. Vanya’s mission is to support women using natural methods to feel good in their bodies and enjoy their femininity at every stage of life.
