Monika Wielgus

Yoga

She began her yoga journey in 2019 with the Iyengar method, later exploring Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Her teaching focuses on practices that combine conscious movement with breath, with a strong emphasis on pranayama and meditation. She draws inspiration from different yoga traditions, integrating what best supports the harmonious development of body and mind.

She completed a 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India — often called the world capital of yoga — and gained additional experience through practice at the Iyengar Institute. Yoga is an integral part of her daily life and a source of both joy and personal development. Outside the mat, she enjoys travel, Asian culture, mountains and trekking, as well as sports such as cycling, surfing, and climbing.
