Sport has always been part of her world, and physical wellbeing has grown into one of its foundations. An architect by profession, long hours at a desk gave her a particular appreciation for spinal health and good posture.
She found in pilates a form of functional training that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. She has completed My Pilates Methods training in mat, reformer, ladder barrel, spine corrector, and small equipment, and will soon begin STOTT Pilates Reformer training.
In her classes, she creates space for shared practice that builds body awareness and confidence in movement.
